We woke up this morning to the news that Hamas invaded Israel in a significant incursion.  As of my writing and reporting on this Saturday afternoon, Israel’s casualties had reached 150 dead and 1000 injured.

The question at hand is: What does this mean prophetically and where does the combat go from here?

A number of people have speculated that this may be the beginning of the Ezekiel 38 War, a.k.a. the War of Gog of Magog.  As I see it, that doesn’t make much sense.  Could it develop into that?  Certainly, but from the very outset with the major combatant being Hamas, that contradicts what we know about the Ezekiel conflict.  The conspirators and attackers in Ezekiel are all nations outside of close proximity to Israel.  The major players are Russia, Iran, and Turkey, with additional Muslim/Arab nations joining in the fray.  As of right now, this war is not shaping up in that manner.

That leaves us with two more options.  One is that it could be simply another in a long series of intifadas by so-called Palestinian factions.  This could indeed be the answer and nothing significant prophetically develops from today’s action.

The other, more likely, option is that this could be the beginning of the Psalm 83 War.  Many Bible prophecy teachers believe that war was concluded by the mid-20th Century through potentially the War of Independence in 1948, the Six Day War in 1967, or the Yom Kippur War in 1973.  My question is: What definitive result from any of those wars brought a conclusion to Psalm 83’s prophesied conflict?

Why does it have the potential to be the concluding action shown in Psalm 83?  Because of where this could go.  We have Hamas – definitely a conspirator from Psalm 83 as descendants from “the tents of Edom”, Moab, Ammon, and Philistia.  What could be the defining moment to identify this as Psalm 83 is if Hezbollah from Lebanon joins in the fray.  It is populated by descendants of Gebal and Tyre.  Beyond that, if that developments occurs, other nations mentioned in the psalm would be participants coming from Egypt (i.e. Hagarenes), Syria and Northern Iraq (i.e. Assyria), and then Jordanians who come from the lines of Edom, Moab, and Gebal.  What I’m saying is that these are very specific markers as to who is involved.  If they can be identified, then we’ve got a match.

I think we have to be cautious in what we say and declare in regard to this war.  We don’t want to get ahead of God.  If this is Psalm 83 or even at a long shot Gog-Magog, then the one thing that should be evident is that prophetic events will start coming at us a lot more quickly.

We’ll see what happens in the coming days.  In the meantime: All Eyes on Israel!

The very potent question is how could this have happened? Israel has the greatest defense system and the most fortified military in the world. How could they be caught off guard like this? Is the Lord preparing the table for the Time of Jacob’s Trouble? Could be. It seems very likely that much more will come from this, and even go as far as starting WW3 because Breaking News… As of this morning, Hezbollah jumped into the fight and are firing on the Golan Heights.

My suspicions run back to what we know about Bush ’43. He feigned ignorance about 9/11. Those of us who believe that was all a set-up now understand he was 100% in on it. Could the same be said for Netanyahu?! I don’t want it to be true, but have zero trust in anyone today who is not indwelled by the Holy Spirit. That is my FIRST litmus test for any source of truth. It isn’t a guarantee but it helps me avoid intentional deception.

Since we are now 2 days in from this post, it seems the war is escalating. Apparently Hamas didn’t understand what they were geetting themselves into, but there is no going back now. The blindness of these evildoers is something to behold. So lost and so deceived.

I do not in any way exclude our own government from the evil we have clearly underwritten. It is shameful! We will pay as a nation for it, I am sure. God’s wrath is being stored up against the unrighteous in the USA and I expect His judgment against us to come in full fury, likely as a result of the Rapture.

It’s easy to see how this might escalate to Psalm 83, or even Ezekiel 38-39. Considering all the other prophetic signs in place, we know this is not “nothing.” Thank the Lord we have His promises and His Word to stand on.

        Maranatha!

I decided to do my Wednesday Prophecy Update on this topic, exploring a couple of these things a little more. Also, just learned from Geller Report that Iron Dome was hacked.

            Looking forward to it.

Nothing surprises me anymore. Doesn’t mean I don’t grieve with and for those who are suffering, I surely do, but we know what is coming. Thank the LORD for His gracious kindness in forewarning us; both as comfort and assurance that He is God and there is no other, and as a powerful tool to reach the bewildered and lost.

A few days ago, I saw a Brandon Holthaus video on Rumble where he reported that Russia and China went in together in taking out every one of Israel’s defense systems. Then, Mr. China proceeded to blame America for Hamas’ attack. I now that Obama and Biden were sending boatloads of cash to Iran to fund hamas but they, by far, were not the only ones involved.

Last half of Psalm 127:1. “Unless the LORD watch over the city, the watchmen watch in vain.” God allowed it.

If Israel goes ahead with plans of military invasion of gaza, Iran said they will attack Israel as well as Syria, & if Russia joins in we could have the the beginning of Ezekiel 37,38?
Are we in world apostasy now & the beginning of sorrows?

I was thinking the same thing about Israel being caught off guard. I also wondered about the US? The CIA and the US Military have a fairly extensive intelligence system. If they knew about the upcoming attack why didn’t they warn Israel? This whole thing doesn’t pass the sniff test.

Earlier this week it was announced that Russia has won against Ukraine… not too far away would be their other alliances.

I think they have, but the conflict still has a ways to run as long as NATO wants to keep killing Ukrainians and bolster the military complex.

Not surprising the timing (accelerated 2030 goals, 50th anniversary of Yom Kippur War)…Israel is the timepiece and Jerusalem is the burdensome stone….what also catches my eye is if this is Psalm 83 getting ready to play out…the fulfillment of Isaiah 17 is also there with Syria’s potential involvement…a potential big pickup of land and resources for Israel which would bring about the “unwalled villages” and “Peace and Safety”…we will just have to wait and see!
