garyritterGary Ritter is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God where he currently serves as Missions Director at his local church. Prior to that he worked in telecom for many years, then transitioned to real estate as a realtor and investor. Gary has written novels and short stories for many years. Now that he knows Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior his writing comes from a Christian worldview.

Because of their love of reading the Lord reached out to Gary and his wife, Dalia, through the Left Behind series by Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins. After understanding the Biblical basis for the stories, Gary and Dalia realized the danger they were in when Jesus returns. They didn’t want to be left behind to face the wrath of God and His judgment on the earth during the Tribulation. That same year they came into a saving relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

For many years Gary has volunteered with Voice of the Martyrs (www.persecution.com), which serves Christians in hostile and restricted nations who suffer for the cause of Jesus Christ. Gary speaks at churches, schools, and various events, bringing awareness to the Church of the plight of our brothers and sisters in the Lord who are hated for their faith in the one true God.

Gary’s stories often reflect his conviction that Jesus will soon return. His two current novels: Sow the Wind and Reap the Whirlwind reflect that belief, while his numerous short stories depict a Christian Worldview that is so important in having a life worth living.

“For some time now, I’ve been telling you that the Christian worldview is the only worldview that provides us with a rational way to live in the world. It’s the only worldview that we can live with. We simply can’t live with the logical outcomes of other worldviews like secular naturalism, new age-ism, or Freudianism.”
