Since October 7, 2023 when Hamas terrorists brutally attacked Israel and killed hundreds of innocent civilians, one of the things I’ve been saying is that at some point the US will abandon Israel, and she will be on her own. This shouldn’t surprise us, of course, because the Bible is clear that this is a spiritual battle.

Psalm 137:5-6 recounts the ode of the Jewish people:
If I forget you, O Jerusalem,
let my right hand forget its skill!
Let my tongue stick to the roof of my mouth,
if I do not remember you,
if I do not set Jerusalem
above my highest joy!
Given the fact that the whole world is drunk with hostility toward Israel and the Jews, including a large portion of the professing Christian community, just like this psalm, we also must continue keeping God’s Promised Land and His Chosen People front and center.
