Over the last number of years, I’ve spent a fair number of computer bytes discussing how Israel gets from her current situation to the Gog-Magog War of Ezekiel 38-39. I’ve also mentioned various circumstances around Iran’s journey to that seminal place where it collaborates with Russia and Turkey to attack Israel en masse. Turkey I’ve pretty much ignored, although it’s got its own trajectory to this war as well. Today let’s summarize what we have already discussed, where things stand, and then look primarily at Russia.

Awaken Bible Prophecy Update 12-13-23 – How Will the Israel-Hamas War Proceed?
Biden and others in the Regime have been speaking out of both sides of their mouths. They express undying support for Israel while at the same time tying Israel’s hands and helping Hamas in numerous ways. We all know that words are simply that. It’s what people do – their actions – that tell us their true intentions. That is definitely the case with our American government.
Biblical Audio Commentary – A Signal for Destruction
The prophecy of Isaiah 11:10-16 is quite interesting, if potentially speaking of our current day events surrounding the Israel-Hamas War. Its verses certainly detail a future time. The question is: When?
Isaiah describes a second regathering of the people of Israel from many areas. When was the first? Presumably in the time of Nehemiah. This, the second and pertinent one, is that of Israel coming together as a nation in 1948 and subsequent to that.
As I mentioned in my recent Commentary titled Aliya, God is doing a work in the hearts of Jews worldwide right now – a tugging at their very being so that they immigrate to Israel so as to fulfill the Lord’s purposes. He has not forgotten or abandoned His People Israel; rather He is in the process of doing something truly amazing that the world will gawk at and exclaim about: that because He has done such miracles – He is truly God Almighty. But that day is still a little ways off.

The unprovoked attack by the terrorist group Hamas on Israel on October 7, 2023 has unleashed the inner demons in the rest of the world – including in the church.
Although many in the alt-right movement correctly – in my opinion – add this to the list of issues and events that the globalist cabal has planned, so that war indeed would result, they as secularists, and also much of Christendom, commenting on this topic totally miss the bigger picture.
Biblical Audio Commentary – My Two Cents As To How the Israel-Hamas War Plays Out
Whether or not the Israel-Hamas War turns out to be the prophesied Psalm 83 War is a matter of current dispute among Bible prophecy teachers. I think the likelihood is high that it is Psalm 83 playing out in real time. It’s true that the two major wars in the 20th Century – WW1 and WW2 – aren’t directly referenced in the Bible, but in one sense, close enough, as they fall under the heading of wars and rumors of wars. Of course, they were secular and basically moved the world forward in many ways, so as to set-up end-times events. A major example of that is the fact of the Holocaust during WW2. Six million Jews were killed in fulfillment of Ezekiel 37 – The Valley of Dry Bones.
Awaken Bible Prophecy Update 11-1-23: Jews Aren’t Really Jews & Other Follies
Psalm 137:5-6 recounts the ode of the Jewish people:
If I forget you, O Jerusalem,
let my right hand forget its skill!
Let my tongue stick to the roof of my mouth,
if I do not remember you,
if I do not set Jerusalem
above my highest joy!
Given the fact that the whole world is drunk with hostility toward Israel and the Jews, including a large portion of the professing Christian community, just like this psalm, we also must continue keeping God’s Promised Land and His Chosen People front and center.
