How To Obtain Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) & Ivermectin

I have a new post with updated information as of September 5, 2021.  Please go here for direct resources to obtain these meds:

How To Get Ivermectin & HCQ (New Post as of 9-5-21)

[NOTE: I am NOT a medical practitioner.  I do NOT personally provide or prescribe HCQ or any other drugs.  What is presented here in this article is for information purposes so that you can do your own research and make your own decisions.]

[NOTE: Please read and review this entire article.  If you’re looking for HCQ or Ivermectin, it provides the links for you to speak with a doctor to get those prescriptions.  It also provides a wealth of other information regarding COVID prevention protocols.]

Initial Post:

Have you ever wondered about something and an answer miraculously appears?  Literally, just a couple days ago I was thinking about how I could obtain Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) to have on hand “just in case” my wife and I happened to get infected with COVID-19.  Since most government authorities and the medical establishment seem determined not to allow the public access to this simple treatment that has shown itself so effective, my mental inquiry wasn’t a flight of fancy.  Then yesterday, along comes Geri Ungurean at her blog: Absolute Truth from the Word of God with an answer.

I have contacted the telemedicine provider noted below and spoken with a doctor.  I’m waiting for the next step in which they will presumably contact me to provide a prescription.  I’ll note an update when that occurs.

If you decide to also go this route, please keep the cautions in mind that Geri outlines in her piece about drug interactions with any medicines you may currently be taking.

UPDATE 7-24-21

Please check out this post at the following link if you’re looking to obtain Ivermectin.  It contains a list of doctors in the United States, but also a link to doctors WORLDWIDE who may also prescribe it:

UPDATE 7-9-21

More and more good, solid medical information is coming out regarding the COVID illness and the horrific side effects of what I call the Vaccijab, i.e. the so-called “vaccines”, which are actually experimental biological agents developed by Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, and AstraZeneca.  To this end, I wanted to provide further useful resources.  The following websites are owned and operated by highly reputable doctors/researchers who have put their medical practices and lives on the line to bring truth and warning to the American people.  Please take the time to explore them and learn what these medical professionals are saying as a contrarian voice against the medical establishment, which has teamed up with the government, Big Tech, Big Pharma, and the mainstream media to produce this constant drumbeat, i.e. the BIG LIE, that the “vaccine” is safe, effective, and that everyone should get the jab.

Dr. Vladimir Zelenko: https://vladimirzelenkomd.com/

Dr. Sherri Tenpenny: https://www.drtenpenny.com/

Dr. Lee Merritt: https://drleemerritt.com/

This is a long interview featuring Dr. Zelenko, but well worth your time.  If you have already had the shot and have regrets, this discussion addresses how you can possibly mitigate the effects.

UPDATE 5-5-21 – PLEASE READ!

I continue to receive inquiries from folks looking to obtain a prescription for Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ).  The website to speak with a doctor and to obtain the prescription is in the text below.  However, just to make it easy, if you wish to get the drug to prevent or treat COVID-19, this is the website where you can do so: https://speakwithanmd.com/.

I have personally used this service successfully as have some friends.  Unfortunately, as far as I know, they cannot prescribe in Canada or elsewhere other than the U.S.

In addition to HCQ, the service has expanded its offerings so that you can now receive a prescription for Ivermectin, which many reputable doctors say is even more powerful to treat COVID than HCQ.  I have just ordered it through Speak With An MD.  Caveat: even though Ivermectin is a generic drug and used cheaply all over the world, the pharmacy that contacts you through this service may price it expensively.  For 20 Ivermectin pills I was charged $120, i.e. $6 per pill, which included shipping.

UPDATE 8-12-20 (1)

I actually received the call from the doctor the same evening (Monday) as which I filled out the online questionnaire and paid in advance for the “visit.”  The next day (Tuesday) I expected to receive a call from the online pharmacy but didn’t receive one, so called the contact number for the telemedicine provider.  On the following day (Wednesday – the day of this update) I received the pharmacy call for the HCQ prescription.  Having paid for that over the phone, I was told that I should receive the shipment in 2-3 days via UPS ground.  The shipping cost was included in the price of the medicine.

UPDATE 8-17-20 (2)

I received the pharmacy shipment of HCQ today by UPS, 8 days from start to finish of filling out the telemedicine questionnaire.  The label said that there were 17 pills, as did the receipt, however I happened to count the number of pills and there were only 12!  I called the pharmacy to report the error, and they said they would send me the remaining pills, so the saga continues.  Because you take the pills over an extended period of time, this is not be a crucial problem.  Obviously, it’s important to get what you paid for, so I’ll report again when I receive the final count.

UPDATE 8-20-20 (3)

UPS just delivered the last five pills that I’d been shorted in the original shipment.

Here’s Geri’s blog piece in its entirety:

People Desperately Trying to Get HCQ and AZITHROMAX: I Will Show You How to LEGALLY Attain These Drugs

The Word of the year ‘2020’ aside from Covid-19 is Hydroxychloroquine.

This drug was politicized after President Trump gave it a thumb’s up and told the public that he was on it as a prophylaxis.

The Leftist media immediately jumped on our president and the drug quickly became a “joke.”

Well, it is certainly not a joke!

Here are some articles I have written on this topic:

NIH Study Clearly Shows Hydroxychloroquine With Azithromycin Added Kills Covid 19 – Fauci Knew Since 2005 NO ONE NEEDED TO DIE

America’s Frontline Doctors and How they were Demonized:

Various Media outlets banned the video of America’s doctors speaking about the success of HCQ and Z-pak and Zinc in the treatment of the dreaded disease Covid 19.

That video was banned and scrubbed from the Interest numerous times but found its way back.

My doctor refused ever prescribing HCQ – even if I was in the hospital with Covid 19.  I spoke to our pharmacist and he told me that he had HCQ and Z-pak on hand and that he would fill any prescriptions for these drugs. Many pharmacists are refusing to fill the script which comes in- between the patient and his/her doctor.

Dr. Stella Emmanuel

Dr. Stella is one of America’s Frontline doctors. I was able to contact her and asked her if it was possible to get the life saving drugs. She sent me this:

SpeakWithAnMD.com Dr. Stella Telemedicine Affiliate

****BEFORE you click that link to get started, you must do this:

Search for “Drug Interactions” and go into the site. Then put in any pharmaceutical drugs which you are presently taking. Then put in Hydroxychloroquine.  Look for any Serious interactions.  My husband went through the process and a doctor called him. She had looked at his questionnaire and he is on one pharmaceutical that has a bad interaction with HCQ.  Tim has PTSD from Vietnam and his VA doctor has him on a low dosage of Zoloft. Zoloft and HCQ are not a good match (heart issues)  Tim is going to see his doctor and try to ween off of this drug so that he can order HCQ. He found out that the VA does prescribe HCQ.

When you click on that link, a series of questions about your health and medicines you take will appear.  Just answer the questions and then at the end you will need to pay with a credit card for the doctor to call you. I was happy to pay……best $90 I ever spent.

The next day, a doctor did call me and asked me more questions. He told me that he would prescribe the two medicines for me. He said that a pharmacist would be calling me. We bought Zinc over the counter . The three pills must be taken together. The dose for HCQ is 2 pills a day for 5 days and then 1 pill each week for 5 weeks. Z-pak gives directions on dosage – follow them.  Zinc is taken once a day. I ordered 30 mg – some people order 50 mg.

I now have the medicines in my kitchen but will not use them unless I develop symptoms of Covid or I am tested and it is confirmed. These medicines must be taken in early-stage Covid; late stage is too late.

I may get in trouble for writing this piece, but if this can save even one person from dying of Covid19 – it was well worth writing.

How Can I Be Saved?

I am presently taking ivermectin but recently learned that I should be taking hcq.

I have to give the standard disclaimer that I’m not a doctor. Having said that, my understanding is that both HCQ and Ivermectin are good to combat COVID. From what I’ve read, Ivermectin may be even more effective than HCQ. In both instances, it’s very important to begin taking these meds ASAP within the first five days at the initial onset of symptoms.

Would like to get HCQ and Ivermectin
My husband is a Vietnam vet and has heart issues and I take care of him.
Both of us had Covid in December. He is having a hard time breathing good.

          • Gary Ritter

            Barbara,
Please read the whole article on HCQ and Ivermectin. The primary place as noted in the article is speakwithanmd.com, although the pharmacy is experiencing significant delays. Check out the comments and particularly my replies for more info. Another option – which I admittedly have not tried – is the list of doctors outlined in my 7-24-21 update in that article. For your husband already having symptoms, this second option might be best. You need to treat ASAP within the first 5 days if possible to prevent deeper infection.

            Good luck and God bless.

I want the medicine to help with breathing.

Just got results that I have Covid. Contacted my doctor to get Hydroxchloriquin from Mayo. They will not prescribe it. Said it doesn’t work. I’m trying to purchase that or something else you think is effective. I’m try to be proactive with this virus. I clicked on consultation with doctor and can’t get connected. What can I do. Email me or text Joe at 608-769-7313. Thank you.

          • Gary Ritter

            Joe,
Sorry to hear about this. It can be so infuriating when you know more than your doctor. I just posted this piece yesterday: https://garyritter.com/get-ivermectin-through-pushhealth-com/

I suggest you give them a try. The one caveat is that the government is making it much harder in general to get Ivermectin. Hopefully if you ask for expedited service, having already contracted COVID, they’ll be able to prioritize you and ship quickly.

            Good luck and God bless!

Thank you for taking the time to help others. Especially since the Big Tech Cos Big Pharma The Leftwing Socialists and their Government Leadership is trying to either kill us or control us.
My wife and myself both have COPD and I have Heart Disease. Now my wife and son have both gotten the Delta Variant of COVID. They both came through it ok so far. It has been four weeks and she is just now getting her energy back. I never got it. I was in the house with them both. I was also trying to help four other friends who got it and was around them for a week. I just might have a immunity to it.
Still though, I want the Meds listed here to have on hand just in case. At our age 62 and health issues. We meed to be prepared.
          Please help us feel safer.
          Thank you.

          • Gary Ritter

            Ron,
I wish I could do more, but I’m just a messenger, so to speak. As I indicate elsewhere, all the necessary info is in this article. See my recent comments to others as to delays the provider is facing and the alternative I’m suggesting people try based on my 7-24-21 Update.

The government hasn’t made any of this easy for anyone. Unfortunately, that’s all part of their plan.

And yes, I completely agree and heartily endorse being prepared. Get the meds just in case and take the necessary vitamins to increase immunity.

How to i get hydro or ivermectin without doctors approval?

          • Gary Ritter

I don’t think you can in the US. They’ve made both prescription drugs. They are cheap and over the counter in 3rd world countries. We get to be under the “protection” of the FDA.

    • Reply Paulette B Provost

Nee a prescription for HCQ and a Z-pak, I am 65 years old and a teacher. I have tried everything. But because we had 22 kids our in one day last week, I just want to be prepared. thank you

      • Reply Gary Ritter

The link I previously gave you can potentially be used for these other drugs as well: https://speakwithanmd.com/

When I consulted and received the HCQ, I asked about Z-pack. That is an antibiotic, so you don’t want to take it indiscriminately. Based on how they rate you on the call as to severity of need, one of their “protocols” calls for prescribing Z-pack. They’ll prescribe zinc as well, but just go to the health food store for that as a basic supplement. A good practice is to regularly take Vitamin C, zinc, and Vitamin D-3 to support your immune system.

The medical literature is pretty clear that someone can take HCQ for a long time without any adverse effects and as a preventative for COVID. The other way to do it that I’ve seen works well is to begin taking HCQ and Z-pack within the first 5 days on onset of symptoms, plus increase the zinc dosage.

Of course, I have to caveat all this with the statement that I’m not a doctor, but from everything I’ve seen this is solid info and primarily kept away from public knowledge (criminally!) by the MSM and even the medical establishment.

        Good luck and God bless!

My 73 year old mother , who is late on set type 1 insulin dependent diabetic. (52 age when diagnosed). I have NEVER witnessed anyone take better care of their diabetes. Always checking her glucose levels. Not heavy, eats very well. She had a cold during the week, I spoke with her on Thursday for about 45 minutes and she was feeling fine. Great as a matter of fact… “comes and goes”. She woke up this morning apparently with a very high glucose, called 911 and an ambulance took her to a local hospital. This was 9:30 am…. They didn’t call me until 2:29 pm!!!!!! They had already intubated my mother and gave her remdesivir …..When I asked the doctor that called me why Is my mother not being given Hydroxychloroquine and zinc (allergic to penicil) He states “that is not protocol for this hospital”. I asked why ??? He didn’t answer me. “Why I was not called before my mother was put on a ventilator “ ? and he stated she was becoming agitated and was having a hard time breathing…. SHE WAS PROBABLY LIKE THAT BECAUSE SHE WAS WORRIED ABOUT HER 5 MONTH OLD PUPPY….. I am bawling writing this. I have incredible knowledge about this. I would have never EVER let them do this. They won’t even let me see her. Please help me. I know my mom should have been treated 5 days ago with the cocktail of Meds. I AM THE FIRST NAME ON HER PAPER WORK TO CALL !!! THEY DIDNT CALL ME …..

      • Reply Gary Ritter

I’m so sorry to hear how poorly the hospital has treated you and your mother. It’s sad that the medical establishment has bowed its knee to politics and falsehoods. We’re truly in a time when the love of many is growing cold.

I’m not much of one for lawsuits, but as your mom’s representative it seems to me they should have called you much sooner than they did. Depending on how things turn out, you may need to consider consulting an attorney.

However, throughout any of this, don’t allow your heart to grow bitter. It’s very easy these days with all the things happening that grieve us (and God!) to become angry and to let that anger consume us. Rather, we must (MUST!) do what Jesus told us to do in these situations: pray for our enemies and those who persecute us.

I pray for your peace of mind – God’s shalom – to help you through this, and I pray for your mom that the Lord would be merciful to her and bring her healing.

I’ve tried a number of times to get an appt at AFLDS for prophylactic HCQ. I was confirmed but after a week or more wait for a call, I received an email saying my appt was cancelled since they couldn’t get to me in 10 days. (??) I was instructed to start all over again. This happened to everyone I referred to the site over the past few weeks. In addition, there is no phone number to call and absolutely no response to emails asking to important questions. I sent 4 during the long wait, and never got a response.

Note that to register you need to tell meds you take— the list of prescription meds you are instructed to choose from on the site does not include a lot of popular meds, including heart medication, statin meds. There is nowhere to add those meds you might take that aren’t on the list. That seemed to be problematic, especially for anyone requesting a script without dr phone call.

I reapplied for an appt today. My first appt was listed on my acct with the status as: REJECTED. A little communication could really ease the minds of people trying to save their lives.

          Sharon,
The best way still is to connect with speakwithanmd.com. Please read the entire blog article on HCQ and Ivermectin. Be aware of delays that people are currently experiencing – check out the comments below and my remarks. The pharmacy has been swamped and apparently continues to have challenges catching up. My advice is patience and trying to get their attention on Facebook. Good luck!

I am wondering how to get the hydrochloriquine and ivermectin w/z-PAC fir Covid -19. I have not been tested but 1 time and it came back as negative. My husband has it now and a vet, he just got the monoclonal therapy infusion. I do not like the vaccine, I feel that there has not been enough testing to satisfy me to take any vaccine. I feel this is my body and my choice and decision to make.

        • Reply Gary Ritter

          Nancy,
I completely agree with you about the so-called vaccine. I’ve reported on that in a number of my weekly Awaken Bible Prophecy Updates over the last year plus. Everything I see and am aware of indicates that these shots are extremely dangerous resulting in numerous adverse effects along with death.

Please read the entire article plus the comments. The primary place to get the meds is from speakwithanmd.com, but as you’ll see in the comments, there have been numerous delay issues lately. I’m also suggesting that folks potentially try one of the doctors in the list provided in the 7-24-21 Update. They are supposed to be “friendly” toward prescribing HCQ and Ivermectin. See my comments below to Monty mcGee from earlier today regarding what you might want to do regarding using a different pharmacy.

FYI – You should be able to ask whatever doctor you speak to about also getting the Z-pak meds.

FYI (2) – The PCR test is useless because it’s administered fraudulently. The FDA told the test labs to set the cycle rate – which provides the sensitivity level – to a high number which almost guarantees a COVID “case” will register as positive.

          I hope this helps.

        • Reply Gary Ritter

My hope is that it will encourage folks to research and do what they need to do without the need for the corrupt medical establishment to have its way with them. Thanks for the feedback!

        • Reply Gary Ritter

          Kimberly,
If you go to speakwithanmd.com, which is provided by America’s Frontline Doctors, you fill out a brief questionnaire and from that a doctor calls you. He then writes a prescription and a pharmacy calls usually within 24 hours. You can get HCQ or Ivermectin (maybe both at the same time?) within a couple days of this process. Hope this helps!

        Julie,
I’m sorry about your son; he was probably forced to take the jab? Three things:
        1) Please read the entire article on my blog about how to get HCQ, etc.
        2) The only place I know to reliably obtain HCQ or Ivermectin is through the website I reference in the article: speakwithanmd.com. FYI – I have no affiliation with them or anyone else noted in the article. I am aware from recently visiting that website that they’re absolutely swamped with people like you and this is causing delays. I believe you have the opportunity in answering their questionnaire to specify that you have a critical immediate need. They do prioritize their requests for those who need the meds ASAP.
        3) Visit the website for Dr. Zelenko that I link to in the article and immediately begin his treatment protocol. He has had much success with that protocol, even with those who have contracted COVID.

Sadly, the medical establishment generally is no longer something we can trust. We need to educate ourselves, take our health into our own hands, and stay away from the drugs they want to foist on us.

I hope the suggestions here help. Good luck and God bless!

          • Gary Ritter

            Angelina,
Please see my comments to other folks below, particularly my reply to David. Given the overwhelming demand, the pharmacy should get to you eventually as they did to me. If you’re able to be patient, you won’t spend more money on another doctor consult.

      • Reply Gary Ritter

        Rachelle,
You should be able to. The blog article should provide the contact and other info that you need. Just fill out the questionnaire at speakwithanmd.com. I am not affiliated with them in any way, but as I understand it, they are experiencing some delays in getting back to people because they are swamped. To deal with that they prioritize need for someone who requires immediate treatment vs someone getting HCQ for preventive purposes.

      • Reply Gary Ritter

        Monty,
I can’t help you directly. All I can do is point you toward possible providers as outlined in the article. You can try one of two things:

        1) Go to speakwithanmd.com – fill out the form for a doctor consult and ask him when he calls what you’d like. The problem is that the pharmacy they’re using is overwhelmed with requests, and many people (myself included) have experienced significant delays in getting a call from them and then the meds.

        2) If you look at the 7-24-21 Update in my article, there is a list of doctors who will potentially prescribe these meds. I have not yet called and tried any of the doctors, so I can’t speak to how reliable a source this might be. I also don’t know if they have a pharmacy that they refer to that will fill the prescription. If you have a local pharmacy – perhaps a small family owned one that you can ask if they’ll fill a script for HCQ or Ivermectin – then you could probably have the doctor send it to them. The bigger pharmacies like Walgreen’s typically won’t fill the prescriptions (since they know better than your doctor – NOT).

Sorry I can’t do anymore for you other than give you these references.

        Good luck! God bless.

      David,
That’s a great question. I have no idea whether the source I provided works in the UK. I would go to the website, fill out the brief questionnaire, and see what they say. Maybe they have a means to prescribe and/or send there. Sorry I can’t be of more help. I wish you luck in finding it.

I watched a video HCQ by a physician who said that I could get an rx for HCQ by contacting Frontline Doctors. I went on the web and when I attempted to go to a page, the message came up, “This page seems unavailable” ( or words to that effect). I continued my search, and I was suddenly talking with a third party answering service that wanted $50 a month. I have several comorbidities and would like to get HCQ but have not proved tecky enough to get through to someone who can provide an rx. Can you help or direct me? Thanks.

      Hi John,
Further down in the article I posted is a link to SpeakWithAnMD.com at https://speakwithanmd.com/

I have used this service twice and my wife once to obtain HCQ. The consult with the doctor was about $60 then another $40 or so for the HCQ itself. Just fill out the online form at the above link – simple and brief – and a doctor should call you sometime tomorrow at the latest. Once you’ve spoken with the doctor, they write a prescription and the pharmacy calls to fill the order.

      Hopefully this helps. God bless!

          Hi Carol,
No, not yet(!). I clicked on the link in your email and it took me right there, so it doesn’t seem to be a problem with their website. Maybe wait several hours or until tomorrow to try again. One other option is if you go to the America’s Frontline Doctors website, there’s a link from there to speakwithanmd.com. See if that alternative route might work for you. Good luck!

Hi, isnt there an easy way to get HCQ or invermection without a dr? I never needed a dr for malaria pills. I want to have these medications on hand. And what is Azithromax? My brother is currently struggling with Covid its the 8th day and he is having difficulty breathing. He went to the Dr and they mentioned medication for pneumonia and inhaler. That does not seem like the best protocol from what I’m reading. Would appreciate your input.

          Shannon
I’m not a doctor so I can’t speak with medical authority. However, the one thing I’ve absorbed from all that I’ve read of late and in watching interviews with very knowledgable doctors like Sherri Tenpenny, who has been very much on top of COVID and the “vaccines”, is this: When someone contracts or suspects they have gotten COVID, the first 5 days or so are absolutely critical. If it’s treated then with HCQ or Ivermectin. the odds are extremely good that the illness will cause relatively minor discomfort. If you go beyond the 5 days, then inflammation sets into the body and treatment has to be taken to another level. In general, it’s best to supplement so as to have high Vitamin D3 level, etc. to ward off the disease. Also, have these two items available for immediate use. At recommended dosages, they have been shown over the years to be completely safe. See Dr. Zelenko’s protocols here for both instances: https://vladimirzelenkomd.com/.

Sadly, when President Trump started touting HCQ last year, the Deep State went into action and villanized it. HCQ and Ivermectin are available all over the world – in third world nations for pennies over the counter. Here, we have to have a doctor’s prescription and pay much more than elsewhere getting it through a pharmacy. I believe that Azithromax would be a form of Azithromycin (spelling?) which works well in combination with Zinc and HCQ therapy.

I know that when patients haven’t been treated early, such things as steroids, etc have to be used. It would be interesting to know in general what the medical team thinks of HCQ and Ivermectin. If they speak positively that’s a good thing; if they pooh-pooh it, you know you’re dealing with someone who is ignorant or compromised.

The best approach for getting HCQ – as far as I know – is still speakwithanmd.com. I have heard from a couple folks in the last few days that they are experiencing significant delays hearing back from doctors. Not much i can do about that as I have no association with them.

I don’t know if this has helped, but the most important thing any of us can do is to be educated on this subject and – unfortunately – be very wary of the medical establishment. It has not proven to be on the side of patients with this COVID-“vaccine” crisis.

          Good luck and God bless.

Sorry, but I don’t know. Did you try going through the Speak With an MD site? It may come down to doctors being able to prescribe in Canada, and/or if there are any Canadian doctors as part of the network. The America’s Frontline Doctors website has telephone and email contact info, so you could get hold of them that way to see what they suggest.

Hi, I had a thought about folks in Canada. Perhaps if they have a US mailing address or a friend in the US that could send it to them it could solve the problem of getting it in Canada. It may be worth looking into.

I’ve signed up twice at the Speakwithanmd.com for covid meds “ just in case”. It’s been over a week and have heard nothing. My credit card initially said “pending”, but that was removed several days ago without a charge. Am I still on the list to be called or should I keep waiting or submit a request again? Thanks!

    • Reply Gary Ritter

      Jodi,
As I’m not associated with them in any way, I have no idea. Some friends just signed up a week ago, got the call from the doctor and the subsequent call from the pharmacy, having no issues with the process. I have had 1-2 other people tell me they had a similar issue as yours. Somehow it appears there may be an intermittent glitch where some folks fall into the cracks and aren’t contacted. What you may want to do is visit the America’s Frontline Doctors website. They have direct contact info there for email and telephone. Good luck; I hope this works for you!

I obtained an HCQ prescription for my wife and I for by going through speakwithanmd.com in December 2020. I’ve attempted numerous times to obtain another prescription using the same service, but received no response from any doctors. The doctor that provided the original prescription was pressured to stop and has changed her phone number and email address. It appears there are no longer any doctors left in North America who have not been compromised.

      John,
You may want to go to the America’s Frontline Doctors website where they have email and telephone contact info. It does seem like responses have gotten a little spotty as you say. We have friends who about 3 weeks ago contacted speakwithanmd.com through the website and had no problems with callbacks or receiving their prescriptions. Good luck. Hopefully direct contact with AFD will work for you.

Unfortunately, I don’t think it is possible. I saw something on the America’s Frontline Doctor’s page recently (they provide the website to order HCQ) that currently prescriptions from them can only be filled in the US. If you’ve been following alternative media, you may have seen that Ivermectin is another drug that really works well against the Wuhan virus. It’s actually used in veterinary medicine, but has been shown with off-label use to significantly stop the virus. It’s a long shot, but you may want to see if your doctor will prescribe Ivermectin. God bless, and good luck!

  8. Reply Robert Kintzer

I had questions about obtaining hydroxychloroquine from Americas Frontline Doctors and they pretty much ignored me. I wanted to know how they could justify charging $90 just for a prescription. How long would the prescription last? A one-time use? What if I get symptoms again a couple of months later? Do I have to pay for a $90 prescription again? And BTW, the $90 does not include the HCQ, which I hear is quite expensive. It shouldn’t be, but there is price-gouging going on. And what about other people in my family? If everyone comes down with symptoms does each family member have to pay $90 for a prescription? Are these people really in it to help people? Or are they in it for the fast, easy buck?

    • Reply Gary Ritter

Hi Robert, Not sure about that $90 charge. We’ve gone through them several times, initially for HCQ, then for Ivermectin. The doctor consult was $60.

The HCQ through the the pharmacy that called us was about $30-40. The Ivermectin was more expensive at $6/pill and getting 20 pills – ouch.

Blame the FDA for the medicine cost. These are generic over-the-counter meds in 3rd world countries at pennies a pill. Here they’re prescription so the cost is way higher.

Obviously, the first caveat: I’m not a doctor – so you can take what I say as you will. My understanding of COVID from all the research I’ve done is that the first five days are the most critical. Start taking HCQ or Ivermectin early and you’ll likely knock it out. Wait for doctor appointment and tests and go over those five days, and the disease has already taken hold in your body. As a result, the treatment for these meds still works, but takes longer with more symptoms.

Building your immune system to strengthen your body’s own response to COVID is also very important. See the Zelenko Protocol for vitamins at the website: https://vladimirzelenkomd.com/.

As to refills, etc. One doctor I spoke to from Speak With An MD gave me the option of signing up with his office to get refills. Otherwise, keep your account number and just go back to Speak With An MD. Yes, you’ve got another doctor consult, but many doctor visits in person these days are that much.

I know the costs can add up, but the option is regular medical treatment that doesn’t seem to have a clue that there are more effective treatments. The people that needlessly died on ventilators is criminal.

My bottom line is preparation through both vitamin enhancement of my immune system and having the proven meds of HCQ and Ivermectin on hand. I’d rather go this route than trusting the medical establishment these days. Oh, and prayer, first and foremost! I try to put all this – literally everything – in God’s hands.

Hope this helps a little. God bless!

      • Reply Robert Kintzer

Gary, thank you so much for the reply. I guess my biggest problem with Americas Frontline Doctors was that they wanted their $90 upfront before any questions could be asked or answered. It’s been awhile so maybe they lowered their charge to $60 but I am positive they were asking for $90 just for the call. You have given me the confidence to order from them and I thank you for that. So. as you said, it is in God’s hands now.

          • Robert Kintzer

Hi Gary, in your research did you find that Americas Frontline Doctors and speakwithanmd were related somehow? I’m wondering if that was the difference in the price ($90 as opposed to $60).

          • Gary Ritter

As far as I know, Speak With An MD is part of AFLD. If you go to this page and click on Contact a Physician, it’ll take you right to Speak..
https://www.americasfrontlinedoctors.org/covid-19/how-do-i-get-covid-19-medication. Down the page is the button for Book Your Consultation Now. You end up on the same page as if you’d gone direct to the Speak… page.

Looking further, I see the quote for $90, so I’m not sure if they’ve increased the price or what. I was going to show you an image of my last receipt for $60 but can’t do that directly with jumping through hoops. Anyway, it does appear as if they raised the cost. Hmmm. I might have just gotten in under the wire ordering on May 1.

      • Reply Maxine

The phone consult fee TODAY is clearly $90 (my co-pay for a specialist face to face office visit with an exam is only $50). Nurse practitioners do the scrips, not dr’s, according to what they sent me. There is nothing on the site for $60. I registered today and had to verify $90 on cc first.

We wouldn’t have to pay this much or go though the ridiculous games of wait and worry if we had medical freedom— we don’t. The current WH has just announced they are attempting to ban all US pharmacists from filling prescriptions for either drug very soon. They do not want Americans healed…. they want you in n the hospital and on killer Remdisivir.

        • Reply Gary Ritter

I know. I wish I had an avenue of communication with them. I don’t believe the delay issues are purposeful; they’ve simply been swamped with people trying to get around the tyrannical medical system, and they can’t catch up. See my comments below to David concerning my recent experience.

How much did the pharamcy charge you for the hydroxychloroquine pills & how many pills did you receive? I though the afd’s stated that the box included 100 pills but after booking my consult I have found this site which stated they only recieved 17 pill? Is this correct? Thanks.

      • Reply Gary Ritter

It depends. We’ve gotten HCQ several times and gotten varying quantities. I got 17 pills one time just like you. The last time I specifically requested 30 pills and the doctor was fine with that. That prescription cost $60. We also checked for the cost of Ivermectin when we got it earlier this year. For 20 pills of 3mg each, i.e. a 5-day course of treatment, it cost an outrageous $120. Ivermectin is OTC elsewhere in the world and costs a fraction of that.

        Hope this helps.

      2. Was there a field you missed filling out? I’ve run into this kind of problem on various websites, and until I looked more closely. I simply didn’t see what I was missing.
      3. I’ve run into issues with some websites where they weren’t working for some technical reason. When I waited a couple hours, I had no further problem trying again.
      4. If all else fails, you can find a contact telno on either the Speak With An MD page or America’s Frontline Doctors page to try to call them.

You can also find contact info on AFLD’s website if you continue to have a problem. I do know from what Dr. Simone Gold has said that people sometimes need to be patient. Barbara, As I state at the beginning of the article, I am not a medical professional. I personally do not supply HCQ. The article is for information purposes for someone to gain a better understanding of the drug and to order it themselves directly. The best approach I can recommend to you is to contact speakwithanmd.com as noted in the article. I do know that they prioritize based on need, i.e. if someone wants HCQ as a preventative vs treatment. If you have COVID you will want to indicate that on the questionnaire at that website. for a higher priority. The other thing I’m aware of is that they have been swamped lately because of demand and there have been some delays.

      Good luck and God bless!

1 – Can you tell me what you say to the doctors as I’m looking at this as a preventative not a treatment because I’m in sharing my home with an immune compromised person and one in liver failure.
2 – What qty is in the HCQ rx typically as we have 3 in our home who would need to be using it?
I appreciate your willingness to put yourself out there and help! Thank you

    • Reply Gary Ritter

      Hi Kimberly,
Thanks for your kind words. I truly appreciate them.

      1) As you know from the blog post, I have gotten HCQ and Ivermectin from the associated website from America’s Frontline Doctors. You can go to their site and find a link or go directly to speakwithanmd.com. When I’ve gone to that site in the past, I’ve not had any delays with a doctor calling me back. It is my understanding from having received a number of notes from different people lately, that they are experiencing delays. I presume this is because speakwithanmd is swamped by requests and they’re just backlogged.

Because the website is set up specifically to circumvent the zombie doctors who won’t prescribe HCQ, the doctors that are part of this network will prescribe. They work under the concept of telemedicine and can prescribe all over the U.S. There is no problem at all asking for HCQ for preventative purposes. In fact, I think the questionnaire you fill out now has a question to that effect.

      2) We’ve had varying quantities of pills prescribed from 10-30. I suggest you simply ask for a prescription for at least 30 when speaking with the doctor. They typically don’t allow refills, but you could ask for that as well. When I got the pills, I didn’t even think to request that option, so it may or may not work.

Because you’re probably limited to a maximum of 30 HCQ pills that the doctor may prescribe, you’ve got a couple choices:

      a) Have just one person go online and ask for a doctor consultation. If you get 30 pills, that would probably be sufficient to treat for COVID initially if someone contracted it. You could then immediately go back and order more through another consultation. If you’re dealing with it this way, you’re probably not looking at the supply for preventative purposes.

      b) Have all three people (or you as the proxy for the others) go through the question process three times and end up with three separate doctor consultations rather than one. The upside is that you could likely get up to 90 HCQ pills in the household and use then for prevention. The downside is that each doctor consultation costs $90. Then you’ve also got the cost of the meds.

The approach we’re taking is to effectively follow the Zelenko Protocol (see https://vladimirzelenkomd.com/) for prevention through supplements as well as have the HCQ and Ivermectin on hand. Building up the immune system in this way is probably one of the best approaches you can take, especially with immune compromised folks. Of course in all this, I have to make the disclaimer that I am not a medical professional and have no ties at all to anything I write about or suggest. I’m simply passing on what I’ve gleaned from my many hours of reading and listening to medical people who are appalled at what’s happening and want to help others deal with it.

I hope this is helpful. The important thing for all of us is to educate ourselves. It’s exceedingly clear that this approach is the opposite of what those in charge desire.

      Good luck and God bless!

I always have to caveat that I’m not a doctor. Dr Zelenko with his Zelenko Protocols outlines both preventative and treatment options at his website: https://vladimirzelenkomd.com/. I suggest that you determine where you are in his spectrum of risk and act accordingly.

What a mess. Is SpeakwithanMD part of AFLDS? I’ve tried a number of times to get an appt for prophylactic HCQ. I was confirmed but after a long wait for a call, I received an email saying my appt was cancelled since they couldn’t get to me in 10 days. (??) I was instructed to start all over again. This happened to everyone I referred to the site over the past few weeks. In addition, there is no phone number to call and absolutely no response to emails asking to important questions. I sent 4 emails during the long wait, and never got a response.

Note that to register you need to tell the meds you take— the list of prescription meds you are instructed to choose from on the site does not include a lot of popular meds, including heart medication, statin meds. There is nowhere to add those meds you might take that aren’t on the list. That seemed to be problematic, especially for anyone requesting a script without dr phone call.

I reapplied for an appt today. My first appt was listed on my acct with the status as: REJECTED. A little communication could really ease the minds of people trying to save their own lives since we can no longer trust it depend on our doctors.

This whole thing with Ravkoo Pharmacy – which I presume is the pharmacy used in your case as it is with me – is very frustrating. I’m in the process of trying to get a refill prescription of HCQ. I spoke to the physician last Saturday August 7 24 hours after going through the speakwithanmd questionnaire. Since then it’s been an exercise in futility. I have tried multiple ways to reach Ravkoo through anything and everything I could find online. I finally found their Facebook page after reaching their website: https://ravkoo.com/pharmacy/. At the bottom you’ll find Facebook and other social media. I sent a couple messages through FB and finally today got a somewhat personal response. I gave them again all my information they required, and more, and the last I heard about 4 hours ago was: “We will get back to you.” This is now 10 days after they received the doctor’s prescription.

I suggest you simply do what I’ve done and keep sending messages through every means possible, i.e. FB, Twitter if you’re on it, etc. – to whatever presence they have on the internet.

At this point for me I at least know that I’m somewhere in the consciousness, for what that’s worth.

I understand they’re swamped but this is totally unacceptable. The problem is how to make that known because they’re not doing much for their goodwill.

Hope this helps a little, Amy. Good luck.

I have signed up with Speak with an MD on 8/16/21. They charged me $59.99 and have yet to call me. I never received an email indicating they charged me nor is there any phone number listed where I can call. I checked with BBB and their rating is F. with numerous complaints dating back to 12/2021 and not have yet to be rectified. I contacted my credit card company to file a complaint and they gave me a business phone they have listed for Speak with an MD, of which I called and it is a fraudlent number. As far as I can determine this a scam and bogus company. Why are you suggesting such a company with a BBB rating of F ???

      Catherine,
They are not a fraud and a scam. I have obtained several prescriptions from them for HCQ and Ivermectin. That said, I have also been experiencing a significant delay with the pharmacy tasked with filling the prescriptions from speakwithanmd. Literally moments ago, in my trying to get a new HCQ prescription filled, they sent me the following Facebook message:

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience you have faced. Until 3 weeks ago, we were delivering prescriptions same day or next day. Because of Covid-19, we received requests that were beyond our control and on top of that, we were short staffed. Hope you understand. We are close to clearing the backlog.

Please email first name, last name, state and DOB at [email protected]. Our team will get back to you.

I suggest you do multiple things. Send them a message at that email. Then go to their website at: https://ravkoo.com/pharmacy/. At the bottom of this page they have various social media links. I finally was successful in getting their attention through FB Messenger, the source of this message above.

All this delay is obviously not good optics. I’ve been very persistent for 10 days (since August 7) trying to get their attention. Because of my blog and my recommending speakwithanmd, and because of those delays, you can imagine a number of people have contacted me about this as you did. I have no direct connection whatsoever with either organization. I’m just the messenger, knowing there are few other options to get these vital medications.

Hopefully, they truly are getting their backlog down. I knew from various messages from people and then going to speakwithanmd myself to get this new prescription that they were experiencing delays. I simply had no idea how long – now I do.

      I hope this helps.

I’m also having a problem with AFLD/Speak with an MD. I had a telemed conference on 8/15 and received email confirmation that my prescription was sent to Ravkoo. There was a phone number to call if I didn’t hear from them for a few days. I called and texted only to find out they didn’t have my prescription. I’ve sent emails to [email protected] that go unanswered. Super frustrating.

      David,
As I’ve mentioned in several of the comments below, I have also experienced this delay situation. On Thursday of this week, I finally got a call from the pharmacy 12 days after speaking with the doctor. Unfortunately I wasn’t home and missed the call and the woman who left the message had a slight accent and spoke in such a way that I couldn’t catch the last four digits of the phone number, which was different from Caller ID, even with 5-6 attempts. My wife went through the same thing and came up with her best guess. Surprisingly it was correct. I called it on Friday and actually reached the pharmacist.

I suggested going forward that she articulate better and repeat the number, giving her our problem understanding what it was.

A couple other things that came out of my conversation with her:
      * I had hoped I could use GoodRx to obtain a lower price on the HCQ. No luck there.
      * My recollection is that speakwithanmd asks if you have an immediate need for the medicine, i.e. you have COVID and need to address the problem ASAP. I asked if the pharmacy receives this information and prioritizes the need. She said they don’t receive that information from the doctor. I suggested that she address this with her superiors as it could be a critical issue.
      * Finally, I asked about the significant delays people are experiencing. She said they have been completely overwhelmed by the demand, were working at the backlog, and were hopeful of getting back to the point that they could respond within a day of receiving the prescription from the doctor. They aren’t there yet by any means. I will say that in my prior 5-6 personal and family interactions with speakwithanmd and the pharmacy, they always got back within a day, so this situation surprised me as much as anyone.

I was very persistent in trying to find ways of getting Ravkoo’s attention. I send several emails and a number of Facebook messages. This is my recommendation to everyone: be a squeaky wheel. Get their attention and keep getting it until you get the pharmacist.

The one other thing I have not been able to do in this saga is get hold of AFLDS – speakwithanmd – to communicate directly with them. They don’t seem to have any kind of channel for that dialogue, which is frustrating.

The most important thing people can do is to plan ahead. Get these meds beforehand well prior to needing them so you’re not faced with a desperate situation. Also, ramping up your vitamin regimen through the Zelenko Protocols and/or through the info in the AFCCC document I just posted.

I’m sorry if this has been asked a bunch…..
but with AFLD saying Ivermectin is not currently obtainable, is HCQ really any good as a treatment or just a prophylactic??
I don’t want to take HCQ forever, I’d rather just have something on hand to treat at the onset of symptoms.

    • Reply Gary Ritter

      Casey,
No, it’s good question. I wasn’t aware that AFLDS is saying Ivermectin’s not available. I had heard about some possible (manufactured) shortages, but this is new to me. Thank you.

My understanding as a non-medical person, but one who has been following this very closely, is that Ivermectin may actually be a shade better than HCQ. However, the trick as Dr. Zelenko indicates is to facilitate zinc getting into a useful place in your body. HCQ does that very well. I think that’s what Ivermectin does as well. Also, Quercetin is another compound for that purpose. I think the term is that they are a zinc ionophore. Quercetin can be purchased at a health food store or online via Amazon.

Some people take HCQ regularly as a prophylactic but another way to handle the situation is to adhere to the Zelenko Protocol with lots of zinc, Quercetin, D3, and C https://vladimirzelenkomd.com/. In other words, build up the immune system. If you then happen to get COVID symptoms anyway, have the HCQ (or Ivermectin) on hand to take immediately at the onset of those symptoms. At that point I’d also ramp up the other vitamins.

The problem with the speakwithanmd pharmacy delay is that people who aren’t doing the preventive stuff and/or obtain HCQ beforehand, then have an immediate crisis that they can’t address by getting the HCQ immediately. As much as possible, it’s best to prepare sooner and not face an emergency situation that AFLDS isn’t able to meet right now.

      Hope this helps.

I, too, have tried and tried and tried…and now their system won’t even take my “trying” again. So I sent emails…after a few, I got a response…but it was an “auto” response, which didn’t even address what I was saying. I tried calling…and after sitting on hold, was routed to a “leave message,” and in the middle of my message, it disconnected.
    I CANNOT GET THROUGH.

I know, it’s frustrating. The only other thing I can offer you is that you look at the 7-24-21 Update in my article. Within that is a list of doctors that will potentially help. I’ve not tried any of them, so I can’t comment other than that as to how helpful they may be.

So many of you are trying to get ivermectin. the tablets are sold on amazon. the horse paste, said by a veterinarian, to be the same medicine, for animals as humans, is available at farm supply stores and amazon. $5.50 to $12. I have been taking it for 2-3 months to prevent Covid. use flccc.com protocol, or Zelenko protocol, or America’s Front-line Doctors protocol.
on the web it says that HCQ can be made with the rind of 2-3 lemons plus rind of 2-3 grapefruit, in a pan on the stove. if anyone has done this, please advise us! retired RN. /Pleased do not consider this medical advice as I do not know your condition, current meds, and I am not a doctor.

      Shelley,
Very interesting about Ivermectin being available through Amazon pharmacy – I didn’t know that. It still requires a prescription, but this looks like it may be another avenue for people to get it, whether they get the prescription from speakwithanmd or another source. Thanks!

I have heard you can also get Ivermectin through the website Push Health. Is this true? Do you have any information on the reliability of this site? Cost for appt? Cost for prescription?
Can you also get a prescription for Hydroxychloroquine?

    • Reply Gary Ritter

      Jan,
As noted in the comment below, Amazon pharmacy shows that it will fill a prescription for Ivermectin. I just checked on HCQ as well, and Amazon shows that as a prescription item. Will they fill it? That’s the question. We need to do a little research with people trying out the Amazon pharmacy service.

To answer your question about Push Health: I don’t know anything about that – sorry. The one thing I’ve been suggesting to people per various other comments below is that they look at my 7-24-21 Update in this article that brought you here. That includes a list of doctors who – per the article – are presumably open to prescribing these meds, so that’s another possible alternative.

Hi, thanks for this info. I have access to both these meds (live in SA) however would like to know the protocol for use as a preventative. Been very difficult finding this info.

    Hi
I’m in the UK and I have tried without success to get Ivermectin and no chance whatsoever. NOT A CHANCE

Its been sowed up and clamped down on. It really just adds fuel to the fire about why they are pushing these vaccines so hard and UK Government here has warned off all pharmacy’s not to use it for Covid.

    Anyone any ideas??

    Thanks

    Gary,
So I have been talking up AFLDs all over the place as an option for getting Covid meds. I tried myself over 2 weeks ago. I made an appt. My credit card was charged the $90, and I’ve never heard from anyone. No call! I’ve emailed twice. No response. I just don’t know what to think, but I’m pretty upset!! Any advice?

    • Reply Gary Ritter

      Casey,
I hear you. Seemingly only because I was SO persistent did I finally get a call from the pharmacy. I’m not sure if it’s this blog page or the one I subsequently did as an update on 9-5-21 that I mention in the comments the various attempts I made to both AFLDS and Ravkoo Pharmacy, posting on their FB pages and sending them emails, and FB Messenger messages.

Give that a shot. Obviously, they still haven’t gotten their act together from the overwhelming demand. Early on they worked so well; now it seems it’s a better choice to check out the options I present in that 9-5 update blog post.

Good luck. Be persistent. God bless!

How much did the American Frontline doctors pharamcy charge you for the hydroxychloroquine pills & how many pills did you receive? I though the afd’s website stated that the box included 100 pills but after booking my consult I have found this site where Gary mentioned he only recieved 17 pills? Is this correct? Thanks.

Hi! Thank you for this site. To clear parasites, (120# person) how much Ivermectin and for how long should it be taken? I have the Ivermectin. Thank you.

    • Reply Gary Ritter

      Arlene,
I wouldn’t have had a clue about Ivermectin dosing for parasites, but I checked Dr. Lee Merritt’s website https://drleemerritt.com/ and lo and behold she has this paper discussing different treatments, including Ivermectin: https://drleemerritt.com/uploads/PARASITES.pdf

Read down into the paper and she has a table for body weight – dosing. Click on the big red bar on the home page for other papers and treatments.

Good luck – hope it kills them all!

      God bless.
