Awaken Bible Prophecy Update 3-29-23: The Countdown

There is obviously a line in the sand, at which instance – when it’s crossed – Almighty God will determine that He will afford no more mercy upon this lost and dying world.  To many of us, this tipping point cannot come too soon.  Judgment is surely overdue for one; and for two, we who are sorely anticipating Christ’s appearing for us in the clouds are more than ready for that wondrous event.  What could be holding back our Lord from this appointed day?  We know His promise to keep us from the hour of trial that will come upon the whole earth.  We regularly repeat that God will keep us from the wrath to come.  We’re to be encouraged by this.  When we observe the apostasy in God’s church and how it seemingly gets worse and worse, we’re positive that time must be here.  This very moment would be about right, Lord.  Still, we wait.

Of course, our timing is not God’s timing.  There is the Biblical truism that with Him one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like a day.  Despite that, every indication is that it won’t be a thousand years from now until Judgment, let alone fifty, or even three.  As Pastor JD Farag says, every prophecy has a shelf life.  There is a certain period in which it must come to fulfillment.  Otherwise, the conditions for it would pass by and probably exceed the specificity of the prophecy.  For instance, the technology and means for the Mark of the Beast are here in apparently all their aspects.  This includes the method of application upon the forehead or forehand, the ingredients to be administered under the assumption that it’s a bio-tech solution, and the evil in men’s hearts whereby the wicked are driven to harm others for their own devious purposes.

With everything advancing so quickly these days, this perfect set-up will change dramatically in a very short time.  Patrick Wood in Technocracy News quotes an unidentified member of the Trilateral Commission – thought to be the puppet masters even above the World Economic Forum – who said:

“Three decades of globalization — defined as integrated, free-market based and deflationary — has been replaced by what will be a multi-decade period of globalization defined as fragmented, not-free-market-based but industrial-policy based and structurally inflationary. This year, 2023, is Year One of this new global order.”

If someone like this makes such a statement, we do well to heed it.  These people are very serious about their plans and purposes in the timeframe they outline.

Adding to this, just think of the determination of Klaus Schwab, Yuval Harari, and others to implement the Fourth Industrial Revolution by 2030, in which they absolutely plan to bring about the merger of man and machine into what’s known as the Singularity.  Their intent to create man in their image under the guise of Humanity 2.0, when implemented, will mean that the window of opportunity for true God-imaged men and women will pass.  That cannot happen in God’s timing for His purposes to be enacted.  Thus, the Rapture must happen sooner and prior to this seminal period when the very nature of mankind will change.

I’ve suggested in the past that perhaps there is a linkage between the Biblical passages mentioning the fullness of the sin of the Amorites and the fullness of the Gentiles for the time of Judgment.  If that’s the case, then the recent poll by George Barna may have significance.  In this, he found that only 4% of all Americans have a true Biblical worldview.  That percentage has been decreasing steadily over the years.  Might this be a strong indicator for us in our long and weary wait?  When does God say “Enough!” in the global effort to displace Him completely?

Before we get to the main aspect of this Prophecy Update, I want to first give you a brief overview of what’s going on in Israel because of the potential prophetic significance.

You may have heard that Israel is in chaos right now with protests and rioting.  That is the case.  The surface reason given is that there is great concern over the judicial reforms being pushed through by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.  These reforms – as I understand it – would curtail the power of the Israeli Supreme Court and place some of that authority back in the hands of the executive and legislatives branches, i.e. giving more power back to Netanyahu and the Knesset.  This would be similar to removing some of the authority the US Supreme Court has appropriated, whereby its pronouncements seem to have the legitimacy and power of law; which of course, is not and should not be the case.

Of course, everything is not as portrayed regarding the situation in Israel.  The Left is behind this turmoil with – shocker here – the Biden Regime apparently assisting in creating the trouble.  The protesters – I believe – can be likened to Antifa, which wants anarchy at any cost.  The people in the streets are all more or less mouthing the same rhetoric, meaning that they are being given marching orders.  I wonder, also, how many Israeli-hating Arabs are joining in?

Even members of Netanyahu’s ruling coalition have urged restraint on moving forward with the judicial reforms.  Netanyahu’s left-leaning Defense Minister spoke out publicly about this, and the Prime Minister – rightly – fired him for not backing his boss.  It’s no different from a US president firing one of his cabinet members for opposing him.  In this case, this firing is being portrayed as one more example of an unrestrained Netanyahu who is a dictator.  Remember, the Left always accuses others of the very things they themselves either would do or are doing.  It’s called projection.

The IDF is also experiencing problems.  Apparently, some members of the Israeli Defense Forces are not reporting to their posts in support of this supposed anti-judicial-reform protest.  Neither are reservists with the IDF.

All this is extremely dangerous for Israel for multiple reasons.  Israeli needs to be unified because of the constant Islamic threat just because of the neighborhood in which it lives.  Having to focus on internal issues causes the IDF to take its eyes off its external enemies, primarily Iran, Hamas, and Hezbollah.

Iran is not currently a direct threat until it aligns with Russia and Turkey in the Gog-Magog War of Ezekiel 38-39.  I don’t think that is imminent because of Russia’s engagement in Ukraine, and Turkey still recovering from that massive earthquake which killed 50,000 people.

However, Iran is an actor that plays in the shadows.  It supplies armaments and intelligence to Hamas and Hezbollah.  There’s no reason for Iran not to continue that and to concoct a means of taking out Israel – which is Iran’s primary objective – without itself getting into a kinetic war.  I’m a big proponent of the possibility of a Psalm 83 War.  Certainly, there have been other possible points in the past this could have occurred, but this is definitely a time that we should watch for this.

With Israel divided and almost at war with itself, I can surely see Iran wanting to take advantage of that.  All it has to do is unleash its proxies at the right time in the belief that Israel can be dispatched from within and without.

Will Israel’s enemies see the situation on the ground like I’m viewing it from my 50,000-foot-level far removed from the scene?  Only time will tell, and perhaps not too much time at that.

The Countdown

Amorite Iniquity

• First, let’s talk about the Amorites
• Who were they?
• Where did they come from?
• Why was this statement made concerning the fullness of their sin?
• The Amorites were descendants of Ham through his son Canaan
• God brought the Flood upon the whole earth because of its consuming depravity
• When the sons of God came to earth and procreated with human women, as told in Genesis 6, and the resulting offspring were the hybrid, DNA-corrupted abominations known as the Nephilim, all bets were off for mankind
• Through continued propagation with the men and women of the earth, all humanity was corrupted and no longer human
• Only Noah was said by God to be righteous – in this case, meaning that he had a pure bloodline
• Likely so did his wife and sons
• I’m not so sure about the sons’ wives, particularly the wife of Ham
• Once the flood subsided and Noah took God’s Word seriously to be fruitful and multiply on the earth (Genesis 8:17, 9:7), he planted a vineyard
• Unfortunately, he got drunk and then something terrible happened
• Ham committed one of two possible sins
  • He either had homosexual relations with his father Noah, or
  • He had sex with his mother
• The text tells us that Ham uncovered the nakedness of his father
• Deuteronomy 27:20 declares:

‘Cursed be anyone who lies with his father’s wife, because he has uncovered his father’s nakedness.’ 

• This command is also stated in Leviticus 18:8
• The way it’s written, it refers to a man sleeping with his stepmother, i.e. his father’s wife, but the immediate preceding verse, Leviticus 18:7 provides a darker context

You shall not uncover the nakedness of your father, which is the nakedness of your mother; she is your mother, you shall not uncover her nakedness.

• The commands indicates that a son sould not have sexual relations with his mother or stepmother because it’s so unthinkable
• If God declares a curse for a son having sex with his stepmother, you can imagine that it’s only worse with his own mother
• In this family’s case, Mrs. Noah is Noah’s first and only wife
• She is Ham’s mother
• The likelihood of what occurred is that indeed Ham lay with his mother sexually contrary to the Leviticus 18:7 command
• From this sin, Ham’s youngest son Canaan is the one who was cursed
• Isn’t that strange?
• Was Canaan present when this occurred and perhaps even participated?
• Or, was Canaan the offspring of this illicit union?
• The text doesn’t directly say – maybe neither
• My presumption has always been that Ham’s wife had recessive genes from the Nephilim that she carried into the post-Flood world
• One way or another, God’s curse fell upon Canaan and his offspring with this being a catalyst
• How did this come about?
• Note all the tribes from Ham’s son Canaan from the Table of nations text in Genesis 10:15-18; namely the Jebusites, Amorites, Girgashites, Hivites, Arkites, Sinites, Arvadites, Zemarites, and the Hamathites
• These and others were considered Rephaim
• They were giants – descendants of the Nephilim from before the flood now present afterwards
• This is why I’ve favored the idea that Ham’s wife carried giant, Nephilim DNA
• There’s not any genetic combination from an all-human, non-corrupted source that would produce so many of these giant tribes
• That’s why the idea of Canaan being the son of Ham and his mother doesn’t make sense to me
• He would have been a pureblood human in that case
• I think God’s curse came upon Ham and was realized through his own wife who carried the recessive Nephilim gene passed onto Canaan
• Perhaps his older brothers (Cush, Egypt, and Put – Genesis 10:6) had already been born by the time this incident happened and Canaan was the next to be conceived, whereby the curse fell upon him and the Nephilim genetic material was activated
• The key tribe of these giant Rephaim tribes that came through Canaan for our discussion is the Amorites
• They and the others inhabited the land of Canaan, the land that God promised to the Israelites
• The Amorites – as with all the Rephaim – were pagans
• They were also not fully human having corrupted DNA
• Thus, God could not allow His people Israel to intermingle with them and produce offspring
• They had to be eliminated from the land
• However, apparently, in whatever way God gauges sin and depravity, the iniquity of the Amorites was not yet complete
• In other words, they had more sin to store up before God felt He could judge and eliminate them
• In not yet reaching this point, the Amorites had not crossed that line in the sand that would bring down God’s full judgment upon them
• Thus, God sent His people to Egypt for 400 years
• Once that period had elapsed, it was then that the fullness of the sin of the Amorites had risen to the level of Judgment (Genesis 15:16)
• We know that the Israelites were supposed to cross the Jordan River immediately following the Exodus from Egypt
• Because the spies incited fear among the people because of the giant tribes inhabiting the land, God required them to wander 40 years in the wilderness as punishment until that first generation of Exiles died off – because of their lack of faith in God
• In order to prepare the second generation to face the giants, in the land of Canaan, God had them march from south to north on the east side of the Jordan, fighting and eliminating the remaining giants on that side of the river
• Once they’d dispatched the Amorite Kings Sihon and Og (Joshua 9:10), they were prepared
• Under Joshua’s leadership, Israel crossed the Jordan and began devoting to destruction the remnant of the Rephaim
• Among them were the rest of the Amorites living to the west of the Jordan River
• The time for the judgment of the Amorites had come
• They had reached the fullness of their iniquity such that God could now justly – through His wrath – destroy them
• Whatever it was that needed to increase regarding their sin and depravity, the Amorites had filled their cup of iniquity to overflowing

Gentile Iniquity

• In the context of the salvation of Israel, the Apostle Paul speaks of the hardening of the hearts of the Jews for a time
• This is for two purposes:
  • #1 – As punishment to Israel for rejecting Jesus as Messiah such that they might become jealous of God’s work among the Gentiles
  • #2 – So that non-Jews in the world – Gentiles – will have the opportunity to experience the grace and mercy of God unto salvation, just as He promised in Romans 11:25:

Lest you be wise in your own sight, I do not want you to be unaware of this mystery, brothers: a partial hardening has come upon Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in. 

• There is a corollary to this; namely that there is a dynamic tension between the number of Gentiles who are ultimately saved and those who will completely reject Christ as Savior and Lord
• As God mercifully works in the hearts of some Gentiles to convict them to turn to Him, simultaneously, many other Gentiles will despise this good work and double-down in their sin
• Thus, God has a number in mind of how many Gentiles will come to saving faith
• At the same time, He knows how many will turn to the darkness

• If we look at this circumstance in light of how God treated the Amorites, then there is a fullness of sin and iniquity that will reach its point of overflowing
• That again, is this red line, or line in the sand, which, when it’s crossed by the number of Gentiles rejecting God, He must judge and do so in vengeance
• The question then becomes: How close are we to this tipping point?

Barna Study

• This is where the recent study by George Barna released February 2023 comes in
• Barna has been studying Christian faith since the late 1990s
• In this latest poll he conducted comparing the Christian worldview of Americans in early 2020 to what is has become in 2023, the results are dismal
• Barna defines worldview as follows:

 A worldview is the intellectual, emotional, and spiritual filter an individual uses to experience, interpret, and respond to reality. Everyone has a worldview. It is the basis of every decision an individual makes. The biblical worldview (also known as biblical theism) is one among numerous worldviews that exist. In the biblical worldview, people’s ideas about all dimensions of life and eternity are based on biblical principles and commands.

• A Biblical worldview is one that is in harmony with true Biblical doctrine
• Barna outlines this in a second study linked on the Rumble page, as is the first, showing the Biblical worldview decline
• To see this contrast more fully, I recommend you peruse those reports
• The keys to my thesis today deal with the following statistics:
  • Although 68% of Americans consider themselves to be Christians, this is a deceptive fallacy
  • From 2020 to 2023 the number of Americans holding a true Biblical worldview has decreased from 6% to 4% – again this research deals with all Americans
  • Among those Americans who meet the definition of having been born again, i.e. Theologically-defined born-again Christians, in those three years they experienced a 6% drop in holding a Biblically-based worldview
    • This group decreased from 19% to 13%
    • In other words, this large percentage of born-again Christians stopped holding a true Biblical worldview during these COVID years
  • Barna divides the worldview of Americans into three categories:
    • #1 – Integrated Disciples
      • Possess a biblical worldview based on scores related to beliefs and behavior
    • #2 – Emergent Followers
      • Possess a significant portion of a biblical worldview based on scores related to beliefs and behaviors, but not enough to qualify as having a biblical worldview
    • #3 – World Citizens
      • Possess a worldview other than a biblical worldview, but might have a few beliefs and behaviors that are consistent with biblical principles
    • In two of these groups, the numbers shrank from 2020 to 2023 as to those with any kind of Biblical worldview
      • For Integrated Disciples the numbers dropped from 6% to 4% – as noted a moment ago
      • For Emergent Followers, the numbers decreased from 25% to 14% – a whopping 11-point drop
      • For World Citizens the numbers actually increased from 69% to 82%
        • But I wouldn’t get too excited about this
        • I think it really means that Americans overall began adopting a more religious attitude that – oh, by the way – also included some Biblical beliefs
        • It certainly doesn’t mean that they necessarily began turning to Jesus as their Lord and Savior
        • Among other things, it may simply be a fulfillment of what Paul wrote in 2 Timothy 3:5:

having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power

• Here’s the money quote from Barna in his results:

“When you put the data in perspective, the biblical worldview is shuffling toward the edge of the cliff.  As things stand today, biblical theism is much closer to extinction in America than it is to influencing the soul of the nation. The current incidence of adults with the biblical worldview is the lowest since I began measuring it in the early 1990s.

“Young people, in particular, are largely isolated from biblical thought in our society and are the most aggressive at rejecting biblical principles in our culture.”

• To put that in context with what I postulated earlier . . .
• There are fewer people coming to the Lord for salvation and a greater number turning from Him into their sin and iniquity
• Consider how quickly – just in three years – the number of Americans with a Biblical worldview dropped precipitously from 6% to 4%
• To put that in real numbers, let’s use 330,000,000 as the population in America
• Multiply that number by both 6% and 4% and take the difference
• It shows us there has been an absolute decrease of just under 7 million people in America holding a Biblical worldview
• We know that everything is speeding up all around us as the end days final, converging signs are reaching their peak
• This tells me that it won’t be long before the number of Americans with a Biblical worldview becomes static – meaning no more people will turn to Jesus this side of the Rapture and Tribulation
• How does this compare with the rest of the world?
• I believe more people are coming more quickly to Christ in 10/40 Window nations than in 1^st World Countries
• Elsewhere the 1^st Worlders are probably similar to America or maybe even ahead of us in Christian decline
• The key demographic for the final number of Gentiles probably resides in places like Iran or China
• Another year or two and the entire world may have reached the end of the rope – we’ll see
• As reported at the beginning of this Prophecy Update, things are dramatically heating up in Israel, and that will surely impact the final hour timeline
• Regardless, we truly are almost to the point that God must unleash His wrath and Judgment
• Just as God waited for the fullness of the iniquity of the Amorites, he has been waiting for the fullness of the Gentiles to both come to Him and to turn from Him
• It’s getting tougher by the day for those of us wearily waiting for Jesus to appear to take us to His Father’s House
